Fri 27: Bear Swedish Massage Workshop 2026

Even superheroes need maintenance. After saving the world 24/7, the mightiest bears deserve a proper back rub.

Led by our official masseur David Stevenson from Soothing Kneads, this hands-on workshop introduces the core techniques of the traditional Nordic back massage. Hosted at Axel Gym, guests will work in pairs, rotating over massage tables to practise each technique safely and respectfully.

A brand-new social experience designed to relax heroes, recharge bodies, and add calm power to your favourite bear week.
