We know you’ve been eagerly waiting for an update on the programme for Bear Carnival 2025, and we’ve got some juicy insider info to share. The draft schedule is almost complete, and we’re gearing up for what promises to be the biggest and best edition yet!
A Record-Breaking Lineup
As of now, the provisional event count has reached a jaw-dropping 67 events—which means we’re once again offering the world’s largest bear event programme. Let that sink in: that’s an average of nearly seven events per day! Whether you’re into pool parties, boat cruises, spa sessions, social games, or cruising parties, we’ve got you covered.
One of our major goals this year is to minimize the number of sold-out events. We know how frustrating it is to miss out on something you really wanted to attend, so we’re working hard to expand capacity across the board. That means more chances to grab a ticket to your favorite events and fewer last-minute disappointments.
What’s Changing?
If you’re a Bear Carnival veteran, you’ll be happy to know that most major events should take place on the same days as last year or with a slight shift of just ±1 day. That means you can start planning around your favorites with confidence, by just browsing last year’s programme.
One major update: the Bear Tantra Retreat is being fully integrated into the week’s schedule, now overlapping the second weekend. The location will be the same (though it’s been renamed as Casa Agama from the old Aya House). And yes, our beloved Arnie is back to lead the sessions—so if you’re into the more mindful, sensual side of bear events, this is one to watch.
When Will the Full Schedule Be Out?
We know you’re dying to see the full agenda, and we’re just as excited to share it. We’re aiming to release some sort of official draft schedule next week at this website, our social media and chat channels. However we cannot commit to a specific date as there’s still some paperwork to sort out, but trust us—it’s going to be worth the wait.
