We also want to send a HUGE thank you to everyone who supported us during the wild first days of Bear Carnival 2026. Storm Therese really tried to test the bear spirit, but you answered with patience, cooperation, kindness and an unstoppable desire to have fun anyway. Not a single attendee has seriously complained or reported refund issues — neither from Bear Carnival nor from resale ticket sellers. After all the cancellations, changes, stress and tens of thousands of euros in refunds, that means a lot to us. Thank you for helping Bear Carnival remain a trusted community event.
MONEY MATTERS
Right now we’re still sorting out the post-carnival financial mayhem. But very soon we’ll announce how much Bear Carnival will donate in your name to our charity partner, Checkpoint Canarias. Please stay tuned if you contributed by getting an official T-shirt of adding a few euros to your ticket purchase.
THE WORK AHEAD
Last week we celebrated our final party of 2026 together with Maspalomas Pride at Axel Beach Maspalomas. Now it’s time for a couple months of hibernation. But we’ll not get too comfortable…
Tantra retreat and workshop dates and pricing for 2027 are already available here. And in July we start building Bear Carnival 2027: “Men At Work” edition.
Prepare your helmet, your harness and your tool belt… because next year we’re handling oversized pipes and heavy loads!
