What to do when everything is sold out for the day?
We may have schedule a myriad of pool parties, boat cruises and social events—but the result is always the same: most of our daytime activities sell out well before bear week begins. If you’re wondering how to spend your day, please explore our recommended actions and overflow events below. These alternatives will help you find bears and enjoy your day even when main events are sold out.
Is there any way to get a ticket for a sold out event?
Possibly, but it is largely a matter of luck. Please consider these actions:
- Get to the event webpage at our online shop, and:
- Join the event’s waitlist to receive e-mail notifications about newly available tickets or special overflow events (also listed on this page).
- Look for a ticket on resale at TicketSwap. Some of our most sought-after tickets could be found on that secure ticket resale platform, officially endorsed by Bear Carnival. Expect a small price increase.
- Consider trying your luck at the event entrance, where tickets might become available if attendees don’t show up. In case of pool parties, this may happen a couple of hours after doors open (please expect long delays). In case of smaller events such as sold out spas, boats or tours, please bring exact change just in case.
- Enter your e-mail here so we can let you know when tickets for future editions are available, usually a month or more in advance.

Day passes are not available at hotels hosting official events on the dates those events are scheduled.

Our nightclubs have enough capacity to handle our visitors, so overflow events should not be necessary at night time. However, maybe the programme of one night does not suit you and you want to explore alternatives.
